Great location just off the highway with easy access to shopping. Loved the amazing sports facility just beside the hotel with a variety of activities to enjoy. The free breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of hot and cold options to choose from. The comfortable beds and clean rooms were a nice touch as well.

The hotel could improve on its language barrier as not all staff members could speak English fluently. , the weak internet signal was a bit of a letdown.

Wanted to explore San Luis Potosi and this hotel was good choice for doing it. On-site restaurant Stoke cafe was a bonus, had dinner there.

We chose the hotel based on location. The room was very modern and clean. The WiFi signal was excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The front desk clerk had difficulty finding our Booked.net reservation. Parking is tight and cars had to be moved the next morning in order to leave. Dining room is a little overpriced, but the quality was good.

the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were highlights of my visit, as well as the spa center services and TV room for leisure activities. the restaurant's buffet breakfast had a great variety of fresh foods and juices to choose from. the staff's service was exemplary, always ready to attend to my needs.

The location was not ideal for city exploration and transportation was necessary to access many tourist spots. this was a minor inconvenience considering the exclusive advantages the hotel offered.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms are two of the best aspects of this hotel. the location is also great, with easy access to a well-equipped fitness complex. the complementary access to fitness classes, multiple sports courts, pools, and saunas was a plus.

Towels are worn out, and there was only one bar of soap and a small bottle of water in the room. the carpets have noticeable stains, and the noise from engine-braking trucks is an additional downside.
